Bookman, do yourself a favor and leave her completely alone. A woman (meaning adult and mature) would never ask her boyfriend (you) to step down because of all the 'drama' she's bringin you. Her professed inability to cut this guy loose, evidenced by her excuses about proximity and his dad liking her, is proof-positive that you don't need that bullshiddy.
Life is too short, you are too young to be goin through that 'confused little girl' drama.
I could go on and on about this one, but there's no need. Be the man that you are and vacate. If the love is real, she will find her way back to you, only it will be with correctness.
