New Orleans Crime Elsewhere

After Reading THIS article. I could believe everything about whats goin' on in N.O. Because ever since i came to Houston. N.O evac's have been getting in trouble. Those people are N.O's bad Seeds. Everyone isn't like that; But Yet we all have to take the blame for their actions.

Since Hurricane Katrina forced most of the residents to relocate, police say, the daily shootings and killings have stopped.

Wow Thats Obvious..

according to city records, there were 265 murders in New Orleans last year, 258 murders in 2003, and 275 in 2002.

And the sad part is that it happened after the city decided to get rid of one uptown Hood in the 10th ward. & moved the majority to the 7th ward . & then it became a turf war in the city. the sad part is that N.O's media never caught on. Residents had to speak publicly about those actions. which resulted in their deaths also.

Then there were In School Shootings After School Shootings plus a whole lot of domestic violence. Sad but true.

New Orleans was Full of Residents seeking some form of Revenge or Retaliation. There wasnt any developmental progress coming from the city at all. Hopefully We'll get back to progress & positivity in the city.


After watching the video. NOPD's Acting Cheif says that all N.O's Gangs & Drug Dealers are gone elsewhere and havent returned. ... Now if only he knew. New Orleans dosent & never had gangs. Why? because Gangs are Organized. New Orleans had Hood's Cliques & sets of people who claimed blocks & streets; But other than that, it was Every man for himself. everybody represented there hood; but the whole hood isnt a gang. Hood reppin' was part of the big turf war.


Now that were all in seperated Texas, Arkansas & Georgia. we don't have a turf to claim in these states. but yet some of the residents think N.O's folk have come to Take over their land. Its not that.

Prime Example. New Orleans dosent have a law agains hanging out. so this means in N.O what ever they did was out in the open. in Houston it's against the law to hang on the corners because they'd expect you of selling drugs and things like that.. a guy from here in houston told me once that Houstonians do things in secret. what i mean by that is. when they know police are coming they hide or leave the block. In N.O police were in every neighborhood, if our people "hid" they'd know something is up.. and then If you're not the one doing anything you dont have to run & hide from the police. Yeah N.O was Violent. but you could actually chill out with no problems from the law. It's alot of Houstonians who dont like us because of our Open Mindedness to their Open Society, They are just closed minded people. there are many people who wont talk to New Orleanians & have even decided to move away from neighborhoods full of New Orleanians. That just shows that there is a Fear of N.O's people. Even Houston police have been hard on N.O's Evac's. ... I think its all the Discremination due to stereotyping. It Is stupid and all can be put to rest quickly if only the police weren't taking sides.
