As you can see from the video. Ray Nagin looks stressed, Depressed, & extremely Drunken.

His Whole Chocolate city thing was kinda Weird. Yeah, Everybody Made Fun of it. Even Im Doing it too.. its nothing to me Because I got the Clear message from his comments.

its not even as worse as Jesse preaching against the jews, but yet what he says its just "that bad" .. what he said may have offended a load of people. but i wasnt offended because I understand his state of mind at this point.

I feel Like I want to go back to N.O myself. But now Im Established in Texas and I dont have a reason to go back to N.O yet.


If you think he's an idiot. thats you. I just think he need some psychological help.
