that sucka dun HIT!!!!! LOOK AT THE WATER GOING OVER THEM LEVEES NOW U SEE THE THANG WORKING HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSED TOO!! lets hope they dont break!! the one they are showing is the one that broke first, note its a Cat.2 now so so you know the Levee need to be HIGHER! because the levee's are too short. water's going over and going through the parts that had broken before ... thats wild though! ..

on the west bank, the Harvey Canal is very high..
