HALFTIME LIVE: Auditions in Atlanta


HBCU Band Showmanship Takes Center Stage in Halftime Live
Auditions for Touring Theatrical Production to be held August 27 in Atlanta

Who: The executive consultants for the hit movie “Drumline” and the co-executive producers of the reality show “Being Bobby Brown” are set to take the world by storm with the astonishing showmanship of HBCU (historically black college and university) marching bands!

What: Halftime Live is a Broadway production of an HBCU football game halftime show. The production will tour to six cities this fall, after a red-carpet premiere in Atlanta.

When: Auditions will be held Saturday, August 27, 2005 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Instrumentalists, dancers, twirlers, steppers, actors, singers and rappers are all encouraged to attend.


***HS Seniors can audition. HS Seniors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult and will be considered for the 2006 Tour only.***
