When I was in Grade School, Students had loads of extracurricular activities to keep us occupied daily..The minute they took it all way, The kids got wild and violent. We were able to go to the Recoration Centers, Gyms & Parks Daily. There were park Football, Basketball & Baseball teams. that kept everybody busy. Aside that Every middle & high school had Marching Units & Sports, some even had After school programs & game rooms. Now its not many schools here that have anything. Why? They took it away to focus on :LEAP test. which caused faling students to drop out.. Those drop outs have no where to go so they look in to drugs .. the drugs lead to violence & thats make everything just Worse. If the city wants to develop good citizens They have to keep the student ocuppied.
I Recently read somewhere, that Someone said :"we dont need a more police , We Need Troops" and I agree with it. because the city is violent.
