New Orleans Has High Murder & Crime Rates for Decades & have made the High Crime Lists. But As Much as LA & TX people say that New Orleans Was the Murder Capitol. Its nowhere near true. Just because we have violent people dosent make us a murder capitol

I dont see N.O up here? .. But yet The first thing our new neighbors say is that N.O was the Murder Capitol. Yeah we had our High Crime & Murder But It wasnt Enough to make The Top of the List.. We Ain't Supposed to praise that stuff man. **Shaking My Head**
I remember when spring came & people were killed .. the first words from the next mans mouth would be "Its Gonna Be a Hot Summer"
