Okay, I just started teaching my classes again, but now am also about to start Directing Bands again. ThisTime in Texas!. Houston Texas!. I'll be assisting my boy Big-Al as we make an attept to start a band program under Calvin Murphy's Original "Marching Thunder"
CMMT Has been at it for years , but its never been a Marching Band. Only a Drum & Baton Corp. Now This Band Stuff is on the rize and we need Instruments and everything else!.. Its gonna be wild..
My schedule man.....
Every Day I work 9am-pm .. after that i gotta make my way back north to head home
But on thurstdays & fridays I'll be heading From work, To a Recreation Center up north to tech this band who starts practice at 6:00 .. The messed up thing is that it takes 2 hours on the bus to do that..lol
Big Al will most likely come get me for that though, but yet i cant always depend on him.
just imagine all the kids that are coming from the south side too .. im talkin DEEP south ..lol
I'll say this though... CMMT Will Be a Great Start... By April we should be the stuff!
