3,000 Best-in-Class Musicians Gather for Can't-Miss Show at the Georgia Dome


WHO: Drum Corps International is the world leader in sanctioning and producing competitive marching performances, competitions, seminars and events of the highest caliber.

Drum Corps International members exhibit an incredible level of skill, discipline and stamina practicing an average of 70 hours per week in the blazing summer sun while performing complicated musical pieces, precise dance routines and carrying up to 50-pound instruments all at a marathon pace.

WHAT: Drum corps events are competitive performances demonstrated on football fields in stadiums across the U.S. that feature a thrilling spectacle of moving formations, spinning flags, theatre and dance, and masterfully orchestrated music.

WHEN: Saturday, July 29th, 7 p.m.

WHERE: Drum Corps International is entering Atlanta for the first time in 20 years with the Coltrin & Associates Southeastern Championship at the Georgia Dome.
