The Prime Reason why Bonds wont Be back in The NOPS System

Okay, I was at Nola.com's Marching Band Forum where Everybody wants so know for Sure if Bonds is coming back to N.O to Direct bands. Some say he's gonna have Kennedy, Some Rabouin, Others Think he's gonna get REED back. Riiiight... Welll.. WRONG! ..

All These Rumors are crazy man, Even I had my thread on The Sport about it.

Well, Here's what I wrote on Nola Forums about the situation.

Why Bonds wont be Hired by OPSB any time soon...
all NOPS employees have to get Background checks. I know because I was one myself. The system has changed a whole lot sense Katrina but I don't think that they'll allow bonds back because of the DSU situation.

Bonds is probably the most Popular Director of the Early 2000's and It would be a great thing to have him back. but you can't have a Somebody Accused of Rape for a Teacher. I even hoped the man didnt do it. I still cant believe the news. one things for sure .. The dude wouldn't have been at Bayou Classic if he had went to jail.
