Restraints and Welfare

I have a question... in regards to the subject. LOL..

Okay! maybe more that one question..

  1. If a woman puts her man on child support, but doesn't want him to see his child. doesn't that defeat the purpose?
  2. Why complain about a man not taking care of a child that he can not be physically involved with?
  3. why are their woman that say"I can take care of these kids by my self" but at the same time they complain that they don't get their Welfare. Thats not "By your self"
Those are just some of the things I've seen and heard while growing up in the hood. But usually the man didn't want to have anything to do with the Kids ..

Okay. Here are some other questions..
  1. If a man wants custody of a child because hey pays the support but the momma ain't no good. will the judge let it happen? (I know it depends on the situation)
  2. If it does go through, Then Does the Child Support case Reverse?
lol..I'm kinda being silly with these questions but man.. Its true

Restraints against the man prevents him from being a caretaker of his child, therefore the woman can't be mad if he's not there physically, Why complain that he's not around when you don't want him around? lol.. and still say "He don't do nothing but pay welfare" which ISN'T much, but he is paying for a reason ..LOL.. maybe the man will do if he could see his child and be there physically, dont you agree?

Dang i just repeated myself! .. WHOOOO!

My uncle had custody of his kids and went to jail a few times for back child support. That system is designed to make it ok for brothers to leave their kids.
