Yahoo Messenger Phishing

Im encouraging people to take heed to this, If any of your online buddies send you messages to check out their pictures, their accounts have been phished. and I'm asking you to Tell them to change their passwords

Here's what the Messages may look like

Your Friend: I have new pics...need you to comment plz
hi.ripway.com /yahoomessenger12345 / yahoo.html


Your Friend: if the other one aint working try this one...you got to see this! hi.ripway.com/yahoomessenger123/server.scr

as you can tell ..

• Ripway is a Web hosting site. ..
  
• H1 . Yahoomessanger12345 / yahoo.htnl is what they're using as part of the phish to get you drawn in. BUT ITS NOT YAHOO!
• They Mocked the Template so that you would Sign in. Thats how they get your info...
  
• Its like the Myspace phishers
• But i dont think they did it quite right.
• All they want to do is spam more people.
• THESE ARE FALSE
  
• PLEASE IGNORE THEM
• IN FACT REPORT IT TO YAHOO!
• TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO CHANGE THEIR PASSWORDS.

It makes me want to do so and i hadn't even accepted it. Other than that. yahoo photos is on the verge of closing and they are also telling people to try other commom photo hosts. which their accounts work with flickr anyway ..lol

Be on the look Out for that though.
