The other day when they were tearing down the C.J . Housing development (also known as the Magnolia Projects) they found a Decayed body in one of the upper apartments, nobody knows who it is or hoow long the body was there. In my opinion It could've been WAY before katrina due to the fact that the hood was closed of for a very long time. Other than that, It could''ve been a victim of a crime .. but then at the same time. a decayed body.. hmm.. Maybe it was a Katrina related death.
I dont know but its sad..
