the war on civilians?

I've heard of Our military having Urban Warfare Training sessions in random cities, It was done in N.O. in 1996 99 and 2000 but dang man, this stuff is crazy.. they give reports on tv but it seems to be Lies. or at least Reports of Unknown Facts Such as Preperation for A State of Martial Law. or that These Troops were not always American Troops, But Soviet and Vietnamese Troops as well.

Do you believe That Martial Law has Been Silently instated In America?

I'm Asking because Whats gotten to me is this ..

The US Army National Guard has been policing the streets of New Orleans since Katrina. They have the same power as The Police Departments which to me is too Much Power IMO
They were supposed to leave over a year and a half ago. But The Police Department asked them to stay for a longer period as if this was a warzoon ... This is not Normal. .. Yet WE as citizins have welcomed their stay so its just now a normal thing to see to see Random Guards walking the streets with Their assault rifles on their sides as if their about to go to war.

no lie, they are needed and i don't mind them being here.. but man . it's not good when seeing military personel is normal ... this is not a warzone. but these folks are on Active duty and thats just not how its supposed to be.

They talk about its good for Crowd Control... but with Rifles?? Come On Now..
People were trying to get Food Stamps 2 weeks ago and all you saw was Guards with Guns.. For What???? .. who are you protecting us against?... Ourselves?
