So My Moms Birthday was November 4th, on November 5th she went to the hospital because she felt that her pressure was up .. Well she came back with Bad News.. The Good News is that She Stopped Smoking.. The Bad News is that She has signs of Enphysema. basically it scared her ..
The Thing is, for years and years my brothers and sisters would ask my parents to stop smoking. Why? Because its BAD .. and I've Got the Second Hand Many Times .. and I DONT SMOKE .. i hate it ..
Now .. They Quit because of a Scare .. after all these TRUTH commercials and ads and news reports about the Effects .. it didnt hit her until she turned 49.. she's been smoking since 17 .. smoking like 8 a day .. Thats NOT GOOD.. i hope she can Stop so these Symptoms can go away..
She actually has one of those inhalers like athsma patience use.. kinda sux ...
Oh and My dad told my older brother what he "thought he heard" and not what he Knew .. so my brother was worried ... I tried to tell him momma is okay but he probably figured i didn't know what i was talking about ..
My dad told him that my mom had it.. and she doesnt .. how dumb.. The thing is when my mom told him she had Symptoms .. My dad went and told Whomever he talks to that she Had it full blown .. HOW DUMB!! (again ) .. why? because if she had it... it SHE WOULD NEED A BREATHING MACHINE!! ..
After all these years of telling my moma that she breaths funny or that she needs to stop smoking .. Now were left with the fact that she's got This ..
All that time she thought her pressure was up . she's feeling it because she has a cold .. and that already clogs up ur lungs ..
smh .. I hope things are good in the near future .. Thats not a good Birthday Present
