This is my second time spotting this sign, The first time nothing crossed my mind. but this time something dd!.. why Because I was having a conversation with Josiah about something I’ll blog about later…. While on my way from Burger King I saw this sign not too far from a Blighted area. So I snapped a Picture of it.
It made me Think that I just Might be wrong ..about that particular situation at least.
