This is from my Windows XP Desktop. as you can see I’m fairly bored. my icons arent usually like that. I just felt like making it look “Kewl” for this screenshot lol the sad part is that the dock is overlapping other icons.

UX Theme Patcher. (or Multi Patcher) to change the dll that controlls the themes.
aside from that. There's a Zune theme that doesn't need any patch.
