and then i arrived to my gate,and there are mostly 3 types of people going to guatemala:
- people who live in guatemala or had lived there (like me)
- tourists; large percentage rich hippies
- young, wacky liberal types who go with matching t-shirts on some save the world steez. all crackas, of course.

there was a drought of any girls to see, btw. there was this one alright-looking one, but who meets people on airplane flights, when they had their whole family there. i was travelling alone, in case anyone wants to know.

so of course i had a seat next to the wacky liberal cracka kids, all fat and redheaded. no homo jic. but whatever.

i got to the airport, where i had one of those "yeah bitches!" moments (dont act like ya dont know what im talking about) cause the flight was so long and boring. i got there and i waited for my luggage, and one didnt come. had to meet this guy (nh) to ask him about it, and then he gave me a phone number to call, nh, and then i did and the next day i got the shit. so all was good.

one thing that i notice after coming back is many things that i found everyday or normal when i lived here went away when i moved to the DC area, and its like "shit...this happens." a good example being yesterday when my cousin turned down the TV cause he heard gunshots right outside the house (he said it sounded like "3 explosions"), or the neighbor saying that she gets the family ready to go out, and then they dont cause they hear gunshots.

but its all good, nothing bad has happened to us.

To the men out there, what do you personally want and value in relationships or just everyday interactions with women?

Background-
I just read an article in the latest issue of Essence titled 'what men want' where they surveyed almost 1000 black men about what they preferred in women. I was somewhat disappointed in this article (and am growing increasingly disappointed in essence, but that's another thread) as it listed things men want that are pretty much static for the most part and are not things a woman can change, such as physical features (she looks like nia long), number of children, age, personal beliefs (whether or not men and women should share household duties), etc. So while I myself have wondered what men really want in various relationships, what I really think would be helpful for me is things I can realisticly adjust and change about the way I approach or handle interactions or issues with a man.

Everytime you visit N.O, This is the band you'll see in the CBD. To the the left is Chris, Also known as Tree Frog which was his crab name at Southern University. To The Right is Glen, he was a member of the Miles College Purple Marching Machine. ..... I cought them off guard while they both were looking at my Ole'Lady. Both of them are G.W. Carver High Shool Graduates.
.. When the band first got together it was in 2001 Glen & his cousin Darren were at JFK High... They'd Practice Their tunes in my hood (where they live) before they perform anywhere .. They used to have a trumpet, a mellophone & a bucket just playing outside of the New Orleans Fairgrounds durring Jazz Fest ..lol Eventually they got enough members & instruments to have a full Brass band . They used to do events for free, untill folks offered to pay them. Now they do all kinds of gigs in the city . Weddings, Funerals, Partys, Family Reunions. & everything else, they were even shown on TV durring the Sugarbowl.

I was reading the Final Call newspapers and saw the an article from "How to Eat To Live (Book 2)" . It stated that Peas were not meant to be eaten by Human beings. Weird Dream

I Had this Weird Dream that Me & Bethany were in a stage play and the whole cast was at my house getting ready. So Basically everybody had all these weird costumes and make up. So We all are in the Kitchen sitting and down when Bethany says he needs help painting her face. & for some reason i didnt want to do it. so she took the marker and made a black ring arown her nose, she was so funny looking. So i got up to talk to one of the cast members, he looked similar to my dad but he had a goatee & a weird Grill .. So i asked him to get me a pair of Teeth from the prop box. Then i started making ugly faces in the mirror i saw that my teeth were Straight and not all crooked But My toung was green and it moved on its own. ..i went to wash my face & to talk back to bethany and things got more weirder.. Her head was getting Bigger and bigger and her body was getting shorter. it got Darker and darker & i heard a big BOOM.... then i woke up..... li saw that its was thunderstorming outside & still is :)


Bethany is always on my mind , i gotta call her. I havent called her in a few weeks. I hope she hasnt gon to Shreeveport yet because im supposed to be going back up there for another weekend ..

On Primetime Live last night they talking about College Students Using Drugs likw Ritilan & adderal to keep them focused while Studying. These Drugs Supposed to be Perscriptions for people who have ADD and ADHD, but they use them to keep focus on studying.

I Read some where that These drugs might Help them Now . But They'll Find out Sooner or later when the drugs take effect on their bodies......

^^ what i saw on Prime time . some of the students said that It makes your heart beat faster when it starts workin' & you may get Dry-mouth or Stomach Problems. some people even get addicted... After they are perscribed to one person They sell it Like if its crack on campus. One guy said he sold 5 pills for 80 bucks .... THATS WHAT I CALL A CRACK HEAD

They Claim that the pills work. but Im Not Stupid Enough to Risk a Heart Attack just to Study.
The crazy thing is that they were showing tha people walking around toting them in Lil Weedbags and everything lol

So i download Netsape 8.0 final release, I get rid of the Skin and Boom it looks like firefox

after Fooling around with the browser i found that Netscape has cloned firefox and now uses view swich, you could vew the page in IE or Firefox .. MAN at one time Netcape had its own feel .. Why in da hell did they do that to themselves ..smh
