Self Explanitory ...In a way.. because Its like this .. New Orleans people were almost like outcasts in this world, Katrina coverage showed how nobody cared.. & when all fell The People who survived recieved Government Benifits but yet nobody knows when there gonna get cut off from them

New Orlean People are Fighting Back. a whole load of people have changed there lives since they've been gone & are using there Knowlege & Skills to fight agains what THEY are depriving us of. (privledges & homes and other things)
