So Im watchin' Dr. Keith

and there are these female body builders on there. they are talking about the fact that the way they do things and the mind set that you have to be in. well, its sort of inspiring as far as the way one person talked of loosing weight. The difference between them and what I'm talking about is this. .. you can loose weight as in fat. but if you weight train, the more you do, the heavier the muscle becomes, so I could loose 100 pounds, look Flabby, start building and gain that same 100 back. But then it would make sense to do that, because Muscle is a Controlled weight gain.

Infact. This show is inpiring me to focus on Other things .. Like Reading this English book i have in order to write better
