bumps Itch and burn

ever since we've moved here i've been Itching like crazy. I dont know what it is, but it seems to get worse every week! EVERY week! ..ahh man.. Im Burning! it hurts .. and when i say its all over ITS ALL OVER!! .. everyday i open a new wound, I bleed!.. I have all kinds of small bumps all over. its irritating. Im starting to think its just This house. My moms been the same way ..not as bad as i have but yeah...
