All I really can say is, The Fight to Re-Open isnt Over, We all know that the plan is to tear the hoods down. and at this point, I think they should be Rebuilt as well. The bad part about that is, We all know that they aren't going to build the stronger buildings. I'd rather have buildings similar but better to the 3 and four story buildings we had. Why? because those were Lifesavers. and we all know that.
Also, Bush spoke at the homw of a person who received one of there Public housing units, That guy who's been the spokesman behind the whole "tearing down the projects to bring in the new and better" thing, was also there. Standing behind Bush Smiling as if he built the lady's home. After seeing that home, I said to myself "That's not gonna withstand in big floods" ... and thats the truth. They say that they're building Stronger, but The Bricks were strong enough to keep us dry. Why Build shorter buildings? It just doesn't make sense when The Floods were higher than The home i live in now. and this sucka is sitting on a slab on Low Land..
