My brother Ce'ion marched his first game with the band at McDonogh #35 High, I'm happy for him. He's got alot to learn being that he's never marched in a band before. The Middle school we went to didnt have a Marching band, They only had classes. You know, All our schools are kinda Running Oddly since Katrina. ....
Anyway ..lol .. Both My Brother Jaime and I have done Jr. High, High and College marching band. and because we were able to have that Jr. High Experiance. it prepared us for the next level, and so on and so on. ... I started band in 7th grade. Both Younger brothers started learning to play their instruments in Elementary. Jaime's first time Marching was for 7th as well.. the big Head start he had against me was that he started playing in Elementary and I didnt. But basically still. Middle school was like the Foundation for the craft. and Ceion really didnt have that. He's now in 8th grade and is in a High school band. in fact he's the only 8th grader in the band. I think thats cool because it's somewhat of a sign of leadership on his part.
..lol Not really .. Anyway man! .lol.. I just hope he keeps up with whats going on. he's been practicing too! .. Yeah Buddy! .. I'm gonna be going to some games this year!!
