Well Not really, I'm up watching my nephew. we're watching the News.. News.. News... Fay The Hurricane smh.. why do we even have them. Florida took a beating, so did the guy that got flung up in the air.
Apparently I'm at a point to where I want to lose weight, im 260+ pounds and I have a feeling that I'm going to get bigger soon if i don't stop eating.. Which 260 is great because i was 280 prior to me being 260 .. With that said .
I'm Thinking about Weight training. or at least teaching myself to do so.. The goal. lifting my own weight. yet, starting out with those 10 pound dumbbells if i can find them. eventually work with that to help gain arm strenght .. LOL only to LIFT MYSELF..lol because I'm nor really supposed to be lifing anything over 40 pounds due to my past back problem. With that said .. I Must Continue to lose weight .. Working out Will help....
Saturday Night I'm going to a Football game, which means Sunday I can wake up and Walk.. yep. Walk where, " Down The Street" ..lol .. Take me some waters and get to steppin! yep! ..lol
