This is just one of the many Themes I have on mY windows XP Laptop PC. I usually have a Vista style theme, but I felt like being different at the moment.

There are Hundreds of these shell themes without the use if windows blinds or all you have to do is check out DeviantArt to find cool themes under the Visual styles section
other than that. you can get the vista styles. such as this one REAL EASY TO INSTALL
