AVG (Free Edition) Anti-Virus . Its Good, I use it
Be sure to Go to The Settings area to Edit Options for Automatic Threat Removal
Or Avast Anti-Virus - Its Free and works well, especially when you do the initial scan, oh yes!

You Should probably just Update your PC's all together..
