Fortunately I was in the 7th ward in some 3 story buildings.
There are rumors that THEY bombed the projects and they no longer exist, but that cant be true. HANO (Housing Athority Of New Orleans ) didnt confirm it.
There are so many lies and rumors going around

Marlon Gussman was killed
Eddie Compass has a broken neck
and last ... Ray Nagin is in Jail for his blast at Bush ...

I'm sorry about your family's lost, but I'm joyful that you and Book are safe. I will never know what it's like to have survived our country's biggest disaster, but at least I can share some of it via your stories of endurance and survival.
