Typically when a band member is taught to Accent on 4 and 8. he or she forgets to do it properly while in training, But its common that once embedded in a bandheads mind During that "Strong part" of a song The Accent becomes as Natural as the "Pump & Drive" & "Swing & Sway" as they're all They're all done simultaneously.
