Tomorrow is gonna be a good day

I'll be at Motion Tryouts which is a good thing. Hopefully I'll be able to chill with some folks I know. That would be great. Umm... I lol I don't know ..LOL .. I'm kind of excited now. I'll be heading to church tomorrow. Yeah I'm going to Lakewood with my brother. in a way I should go pass around South Union but nah. I wont, Well Not yet. i'll make my pass around there Teusday. Should be great. I have to bring the cames with me for this!! woohoo! .. I need a new bag man!! ..lol

Today as I went to get a Q Card from Fiestas I found out something bad.. I Weigh 302Ibs. Just knowing that makes me want to lose weight or do SOMETHING about it. I feel 300+ Pounds. I was never sure of how much I weighed since maybe mid 2008. I only Knew I was over 288 and under 310. But for me, just knowing it sucks more.



At the same time, I know exactly what I need to do to lose it. What is that. Eat Better and Exercise. When can I start? NOW!!. With that said. I have other things I need to touch on too.



Lately I’ve been thinking of Kandace. I was on here deleting some pics from My PC when I had decided to delete a few of her pictures from My PC that I really didn’t care for. Mainly pictures I was asked to edit or enhance. Well. If any of you have read my past blogs. You would probably know that Kandace is a Best friend of mine. I really would love to be in a relationship with her. But she doesn’t see me that way.



I for one have come to the point that I don’t Care that she doesn’t like me that way. For me. I’m just glad to have her in my life as a friend. At the same time though. LOL She’s one of the females I just know I could get down with on any level. We have lots in common. She just has weird preferences. LOL.



I wouldn’t want her to give in to me. But I Also I think she should lighten up on physical pref’s because eventually she could end up with the worst kind of person.



The Best part about the whole thing is that she seems to be on call when I need somebody to talk to. And when she needs to talk she knows she can call me.. I like to mess with her about out unofficial relationship status. LOL she knows its True though.

Access Granted

The Boy Found Access. Unfortunately I'm outside of my brothers Apparentment in what he says is a violent Neighborhood of Criminals .. I found this Access yesterday after making a Blank Trip to the Library. .. Yep It was Closed..

So I took a LONG walk From This set of apartments to a WaMu in Oak Forest. .. The sad part is that Im even more broke now than when I came Here. ..LOL or Shall i say. Less Broke ..LOL

Well After putting money in a bank to clear up some Negitives. I found that I need to be in The Positive to make sure everything is Clear and so that i can recieve an ATM. So. after adding 55 bucks to the Account. I decided that I'll just Keep the money I have so i can catch the bus home in a few weeks..

The Wild Thing About this is Transportation... Like. because of not having a Car. Riding Metro will be a must. what sux about that is that I wont be able to stick around after the events im attending are over.at the same time my bus will stop running to the north side of town .. sux but true

The Book Is Leaving The N.O For The Moment

and i Heading to H-Town for the month. Why? Just to get away.

I had a great Mardi Gras & Parade Season All together. I got to hang with my Brother for the first time in a while ..I got to meet and Greet with my New Frats. as well as New new people. Even on Mardi Gras day I hung out with a La'Quisha's cousin and her boyfriend from who from Baton Rouge By Way of Kansas Without Her.

I Gave them a Mini Tour while in the car. After we parked on Esplanade We went on Orleans Ave where and Tonti to watch the parade hitting up The Bridge to watch Cap'n Charles and B.G. perform ... And while all the Fun and Random Activity they got to see at Mardi Gras.. They were Harrassed by a Drunken man who Hit all three of us. We had to Flee him away.

Oddly Enough. They assumed it would get Violent and after they left it did. which is a shame. A 17 and 19 year old I believe were Caught after shooting 7 people. After watching the News Tonight and seeing that over 11 shootings happened Near and around the Parade site I'm glad they left Early.

.. As you can see though.. What They Suspected Actually Took Place. I'm glad they got to enjoy themselves before it all went down.. Oddly enough They got Stuck on Claiborne Avenue for maybe an Hour or so ..

While on My way to my Grandmothers House I got a chance to talk to the guy who Did New Orleans Exposed DVD and He was Promoting Positivity basically ya know.. Yeah Man Yeah..

I took Photos that I may or may not be able to post next week Due to the fact that Im unsure what my Connection will look like ...

I'm Very Happy that I got to See The People I was at TxSU with and My Frat Bro's and Sis. Even at Hermes I got a Chance to meet some good people. Even Mr. Herbert The Band Director at Texas College was out there. He probably was recruiting. but LOL it was cool because He's probably what you'd call a Legendary Band Director here in New Orleans because of the work he has put in with John McDonogh in the Mid 90's and what he's doing now just Tips the pot ya know!

I Think I need about 24 More Hours on my hands ..LOL
LOL Looks like Bee Jay wont be coming to Mardi Gras ever again. I guess she had a bad experiance.
.. IMO though. Too many people here want to be who they're not and I think its funny. I guess Mardi Gras is the Perfect Time for That Huh! ..LOL!

I gotta do what I can

Lets see. I'll only have about 140.00 in Houston when I go. I only plan on using about $60.00 of those dollars. Problem is, I NEED to put atleast 200 In the Bank ..LOL so Im Searching for The Rest of that as wee speak. LOL I have money all over the place in my drawers, in my Clothes, In Jackets ..LOL

Why do I need to do this. I Payed my Phone Bill to keep it on. which I still owe $:80.00. I payed 100.00 Just Now which leaves me with a Debt to the Bank of about $80.00. If I put at least $130.00 I'd be good.

..lol I need some Bus fair while im out there though thats my thing .>LOL

Honestly, I'm going to Houston to get that Banl Info Straight and to see my buddies on the yard... which I probably don't see anyone I know. but still man I gotta do something.

I Just spent money on some things I plan on using when I get up there. so I should be well off the whole time. Other than that. I Can't Spend anything Between Now and Wednesday or I'm just out of Luck ya know.

Tonight at the parades I had a great time. I spotted Coretta in Wendy's We formally met on the route. Jarred Knows whats up. Thats His girl. She's probably the First J Sette I've formally met. .. But I don't want to ask her what about. It's like. I'm looking at the Status on the Instant Messenger it says "why am I so Misunderstood?" In French. Before that she tagged me in a Facebook note that said something about being Confused and making choices that she really didn't want to make Now. In December I had a long discussion with her about some of the situations she is dealing with. One of them was basically being taken for granted. like people believe that she should be happy because she has alot and does great things. but at the end of the day she isn't doing all that good and needs a person to help her cope with emotional and physical stresses. even got that one...

On her Facebook, I see The Obvious Now that I Back tracked that Message.. It's Her Dude. He's good people but he really doesn't respond to her situations well. here's a comment on her page from her dude...

The Thing Is, He doesn't realize that He He isn't doing enough to comfort her in that manner. His way of responding to her is usually things like "Oh Okay".. you know, nothing more nothing less... He really doesn't give Incite when it's needed. and THAT is what she was lookin' 4 the day she called me. Which I ain't tryin' to make them break up. I just told her that If anything He needs to be the Main one she can talk to if he's In her life the way he is. He knows more about her than many close friends. she even told me that she really doesnt have Real friends because she can't trust them with anything. i mean you know the Convo went on an on..

... As you can see by his response though. that was something he did on purpose.. because they could have had that discussion over the phone or in person.

With That said. Honestly. I don't know exactly what to tell her. But I have my picks and chooses when to talk to her about those matters. because I wouldn't want her to think I'm trying to take advantage of the situation for my own good. That's not me ..

Aight, The Trial Period is

ON.. WHY? Because well I have alot of Target practice ahead of me this time around, I'll have to get used to the camera as well as to set it appropriately which I have. but I guess what im really trying to get at is the Task of Multi Tasking. is it Time to Leave it alone.. Maybe so..

I will not bring my video cam out tonight. it's too much getting around people. Very limited space for movement. but I'm good.. If not I'll have to bring the bag with me. Alla Parade was Great but Long

Okay, To start off my day, I wasn't going to attend the parade. because usually you'd go to the beginning to see the battles and then Go Home after that.. I was Called by my boy Terrell to walk the route with Behrman Middle, So I took up that offer... WHY DID I DO THAT.... lol

Alla Changed the Route from the time I was in High School and it's WAY longer. We Went through like 2 Different Cities in the same parade ..LOL . LOL Algiers had NOPD Gretna had JP's & Gretna PD . that was crazy. I haven't walked that much in YEARS! .LOL

Note Alla Parade is where The Bands always Battle it out before they head off on the Streets.
This year They brought the Hype back. but I KNOW that they were tired by the end. because I SURE WAS.

The Sad part is that I was with a Middle School that kept the everybody marching. There was a High School with us that had a Truck on the route to ensure the bandsmen can get some rest while on the route .. Thats NOT GOOD for a high school. If middle schools can do it.. They should be able to as well..

Whats Wild to Me though is that. Many of these school are bringing back the Old School & I Love It!

Today Is Alla!! An Extremely Long and Boring parade. but from a Bandhead Standpoint its a A Band Fest!.. lol I'm taking a smaller kodak cam today. .. I can't wait Til The Upcoming Weekend!

Next Weekend is a I Will be ready for The Parades Next Saturday! That's the Best thing.. I came home and my mom actually sat here and ordered The cam that is Slightly better than the one that recently broke..

I Sure couldn't afford it. my mom logged in to my Amazon account and swiped it up!

Thank You Momma! ..LOL (i have to pay her back one day for this) ..lol

Parade Season Has Been Partially Ruined for me

So I was heading to St. Charles Avenue while awaiting the early parade. While walking on Canal, I took a snapshot from my cam. it was Blurry, So I went to wipe my lens. From that point I picked my cam back up and I could no longer see through the View Finder. Very Disappointing. The Reason why is because My camera feel this morning. Not only this morning but The night I was at St. Aug as Well. My Camera Nolonger Works

These Things for me, as a Bandhead Especially at this time of the season. are Very Important. I feel That My whole Season has been ruined because of it. Also I was Invited to Attend Tryouts at Texas Southern to take Pictures at "Motion" Tryouts. and Although I still may go. What's the use when i don't have my camera. I plan on bringing my moms Small Kodak cam. I loved my cam because It was Semi Pro styled and I had a New Lens and All for it. Although Fujifilm is not the best camera makers in the world. the pictures Show up how I need Them Too I had a Finepix S800. It Nolonger works, I'm now in the Process of Maybe Ordering Another Fujifilm but this time the S2000HD . Unfortunately Ordering another wont help with my Seasonal loss. Unless the Cam Gets orderd and is here before Friday. ya know. That S2000 Link is at NewEgg but I'm ordering from Amazon most likely.

But Right now. My Goal is to Get a more professional camera. a Canon or Nikon. Those are the brands the Pro's Use.

I was With My Sister after Leaving that Parade Dissapointed. The Odd part is that I attended a party at my Grand Mothers house "The House" .. and everybody wanted to know where my camera was. I was SO BORED without a camera. Eventually I'll take my moms camera out for the season. The sad part is that It's Not the same.

I believe that my love for the art will be the main reason I began to apply for Random Jobs. I really need One Thousand Dollars Really fast. I really Feel Empty without a Camera on my side.

If Only There was a way of raising this money for A Nikon D90 it's what I Desire In a Camera.

Now all i need to know is What do I do with Two Broken Cameras?

Parade Season is Upon Us!

I was out there yesterday at the 3 Uptown parades, The Bands are 100% Ready for the battle!
I saw New Suits From Carver HS looking Well & Sounding well. I was very pleased with Rabouin's Sound. The Battle was on Between Rabouin Carver and 35 I loved it. it was Classic!!!

Things, Things and Other stuff

It All Begins Today!! I was at St Aug Yesterday and they WILL be in BR TO-MAW-ROW ..lol
Other than that, yeah man It was great to be in the St. Aug Band Room for the first time .. although it felt like walking on Enemy Turf, I was welcomed in and Free to do what ever i felt like doing just about.

Thats one band with A LOAD of History behind it. I got some footage in. I'll probably Upload in a few days, or at least by MONDAY due to my Schedule ..lol I should be sleeping now

Gotta Put the Money In The Bank

Apparently in order to reactivate my Bank Card I must add funds to my Account. This will most likely get done TOMORROW. Hopefully the WAMU by Lakeside is still up and running. I can't wait till they become Chase. That way I don't have to worry about long awaited Transactions ..lol

I'll be heading to St. Aug tomorrow afternoon for Band Practice I guess they practice till 6. I'll be there with My Cams just because I want to get some Pre Season Footage up, Hopefully nextweek I'll head to Easton.

All That Really matters

.. Is The Truth about the truth..lol which has nothing to do with anything.
So I was Fooling Around on the cam messin with a few of my folks. while on the phone discussing some things about da folks on the dance board. when suddenly we realized that the ultimate hater was back. lol but its like All is well. we'll let that Impostor stay .LOL as long as he stay's in his boundries.

The person I was talking to by phone was none other than Jermani. She Informed me of his actions even though she thought it was a female ..LOL Simple Things. I feel like this though, I really don't have time for all the Madness so I just will wait and Ban and first hand when things Get out of context. No warnings like the past ya know.

How About this Though, I'll be heading to Houston in March to Get some Footage in from Auxiliary Auditions. Should be fun. I must back up all the Photos on my hard drive though before I leave. because I may wind up having to need the hard drive space.

I'll be taking My Laptop with me after Mardi Gras. I plan on Drinking aliitle bit this year just Because I can.. KEY WORD.. PLAN ..This means that I don't Plan on Being DRUNKEN..lol

I have lots to do and Much to attempt @ Getting Done in the up Coming weeks.. I'll probably Blog More about that Tommorow when I come from The Aug.

New Coke Caps Keep Cutting My Fingers

It Didn't happen today, but a few weeks ago was the 2nd time it happened in months. I always split the side of My Index Finger when I open the 20oz bottles of any Coke Product Seems like they made the Caps a whole lot Smaller. yet the edges are sharper my skin doesn't even look the same in that area. I think it messed up the way my finger prints look or something.

Somebody Needs to Protest these caps, They're Dangerous! .lol

It happened twice while opening up a Barq's Root Beer Now when I open anything I have to make sure my fingers positioned to a point where i wont cut my it..

So I was Reading some old entries

I went through just about my Whole 2005 year of entries. some of them were So Pointless I deleted a number of them. you know things like Quizes that i really didnt care fore. or Just pictures that led to broken links.

I realized how My Relationship had ups and downs and it was all because The Girl wanted that Attention. I wasted a lot of Blog posts on Her. Infact I Wasted Blog space Making Extremely short posts.

I even Realized that I didn't start ending my Posts with "Note From The Book" on a normal basis untill After Katrina. In fact though. I Try to only use it Now when I'm Deep in to what I'm writing for purposes of a Signature and Common Closure or Proper Closure to one of my Deep entries ..LOL

It's just wild How meaningless my entries were There were only Few Worth reading though. at the same time. i really had no clue how I wanted my blog to be. I was just Ranting of writing down any and everything I had done at the time. at some point .. maybe after Katrina. I found where that Mark could be. I write for the myself To the world Now.. but Back then, I was just writing out of Mass Confusion and to Document Random Junk which I still do, but not as much.
I The Blog had no Form No Substance. it was Just Me Being Random & Venting all day. I think I could have been blogging about better things back then too. because some of the things I had said. I can't even remember what they really meant. lol

I got this Blackhead on my nose and it happens every year around this time in the same spot ..LOL .. i guess thats one of the sucky parts of life .. the spot is darker than everything on my face.. sux .. maybe if i let it be, it will just go away .. lol i dont want it to get more noticable ..LOL ..l its not even squeezable that sux

The Safest place for Mardi Gras

I think its time The Cricket Club Pull That Advertisement off TV, That Shooting just Ruined the whole Ad. .. Although they were talking about Safest area to hold an event or even watch the parade from inside a building overhead ... It's Not really that great if you're Really into the Bands and the whole " All In The Action" feeling you get when you're on the Grounds..

Oddly Enough. one of the Safest spots Along The Parade Route for Parades is on St Charles and Jackson All the way down to Canal Street... LOL at least In My Opinion. Why is that you ask? . Well Because thats where all the people are. usually there is a Section Under "the Bridge" where former Band Members and High School bandsmen Hang to wait to hear the bands. And All Around them are the Good People who want to Hang out as well. Although its Crowded. lol It's probably Safer Because There is more Light along that stretch other than canal street ..



And as far as Canal goes.. Although you have the Light .. you dont Have a real sense of safety. even with all the police on horseback. The Crowd is moving from here to there, The people are hanging out along Bourbon and canal. Thats lots of Police ... so on and so fourth. My thing is .. if you're going to stand on Canal. Be Toward Entry way or the Departure way, Here's why...

The Bands Entry way.. is where the band Turns on to Canal and they ALL play at that moment.

Same as The Departure. The Band plays when they leave canal. but There are less people and Open Space

I'm No French Quarter Person..LOL i dont feel "Right" Out there ..lol

Looks like New Orleans Took Home 7 Grammy's

I enjoyed the Grammy many of the groups I like were awarded. When I started watching it was On time for Jennifer Hudson's performance. Very emotional tune. She broke out in tears at the end. Really Before the end .. everything she and her family has been through. and it's wild because yesterday wasn't the biggest event she's done already this year. but it was the first one she got emotional on.

I wanted to speak my mind about the fact that you have to leave Orleans Parish to Tend to business needs and even for general entertainment and shopping needs

I was just thinking about the fact that there is nothing to here. there are a lot of Restaurants, Clubs, Shoe places. Grocery stores and things like that .. But there isn't really any places here to enjoy yourself. you have to go to Metairie or Harvey for That now days.

Seems like no businesses want to be here because of the Crime. but at the same time. Crime happens because there IS nothing here. .The Good Jobs.. Metairie or Across the River. Need to go See a Movie or Buy some clothes. Metairie .. No wonder you see people wearing White and Black T's .. They Sell them in Corner Stores, Truck Stops and Gas Stations.

Its like all you really see here locally owned businesses which are GREAT. but on the other hand. Those places have Single Locations. .. Or are in a part of town that I just cant get to ..LOL

In The Area Nearest Me, You have a College a High School , A Burger King, A Gas Station a Pizza Place, A WalGreens, a Daiquiri Shop a Local Diner. A Bank and a Walgreen's.. Nothing More Til 2 Blocks Down........... The Funny part is that Long ago A The Pit movie Theater was wear the Walgreen's sits today. That along with an old Times Savers store .... there was also a Grocery store on The Corner. they were there for 99 years and Katrina wiped them out.. There also was a Comic Book Store and a McKinzies .. that area is gone now though..

Every couple of blocks. its another set of Businesses Very Similar to the ones around me. but its not much you can do other than have a night life here in New Orleans.. LOL that's a Life I just dont have. You can't really SHOP on Canal anymore.. There are Hood shops and Hotels everywhere until you go toward Canal Place ... that's if u don't count the local businesses as well..

I for one am not a French Quarter person, I feel like a tourist in that area ..LOL .. There are some nice places out that way that really would make ya feel like a tourist ..LOL . Other than that.. along the River. those places are not everyday places ..The Aquarium is Nice.. but its not an every day hangout ..LOL INFACT I THINK I SHOULD GO WORK THERE!! .. that or The Zoo ..lol

anyway ..lol It kinda Sux Being in a place so Inconvenient..

Some people need to get their Area's Right

Generally The City of New Orleans is Orleans Parish, Our Metro Area includes City's in our Surrounding Parishes. It's a great thing. but I hate it when people want to Claim and uphold to the brand of the city's name to promote their businesses and things, But they Back off and Remember where they Really Live when the bad things happen.

• I believe that in places where our City Council, Mayor and Police Department have no Authority.. It's Not New Orleans. .. Where There are no "Wards".. it's not New Orleans.
• If It Cant Be Identified as an area Uptown or Downtown .. It's not New Orleans.
• If the city has a different Mayor, Parish President, City Council, Police / Fire Departments & Public School Boards.. It's Not New Orleans.

..LOL.. i'm just sayin ..LOL..

Here are Many Examples. of what I'm talking about (city Branding)

• Mardi Gras is here, Every surrounding parish and City becomes "New Orleans"
• A number of Businesses in Jefferson and Kenner Refer to themselves as New Orleans businesses.
  
• Smitty's Restaurant in Kenner is where you can find the "best seafood in New Orleans"
• New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Co. - I love Their Food. Restaurants are In Metairie, Houma, Jefferson, LaPlace, and Mandeville.
• New Orleans International Airport is in Kenner LA.
• The Saints Sports Facility is in Metairie.
• Zephyr Field is in Metairie
  

Here are How They Speak When Crime Happens . and how they find ways to seperate themselves from New Orleans

• We're From "Some Other City / Parish Name Goes Here"
• Was Born at "a Hospital Other than The Ones in New Orleans"
  
• Graduated from "Some Random School Not In New Orleans"
• They tend to want to know the race of the Criminal or Victim
• They assume he/she is black and they get demonized .. which usually nomater the rase the criminal gets the bad rap regardless.
• If You're White They blame Mental Problems or try to give an excuse why he/she could be innocent.
• They blame New Orleans for the rise in criminal activity in their Cities. Such as the Crime that happened in FRANKLIN, LOUISIANA which had nothing to do with New Orlenians other than Katrina Residents moved there.
  
• If you have Dreadlocks, you're labeled a criminal (or a New Orleanian when outside of the city)

Generally Speaking .. On Good and Special Events and Media Days, Its all Called New Orleans . Their Comments are all about how great they think the city is and how great the Food and people are.. John McCain went to Kenner once to speak about the 9th ward During his Campaign.. That didnt go to well because people in Kenner could care less about the 9th Ward..

I have no doubt that many situations could be true. depending on When and Where a Crime happens. I just hate the fact that New Orleans Becomes the Reason Crime Exist elsewhere.

I feel like this. If you're going to seperate yourself as a New Orleanian When Bad Things Happen, You aren't a True New Orleanian To Begin With..

LOOK AT NEW ORLEANS MURDER STATS ... The Count does not consist of The Murders in other parishes. either way its SAD though Jefferson Parish wants to be New Orleans so bad that they complain or have something to say about everything as if they are so interested ... As for the Cities in St. Bernard parish.. They have a low crime and Murder rate which is GREAT.. I'd rather Them claim New Orleans before a person from Jefferson parish.

at the end of the day. I feel that You shouldn't Claim New Orleans if you denounce it as your home when things are not going well.

I am From New Orleans 7th Ward, St. Bernard Project. which had High Crime/murder ... Now living in the St. Anthony Neigborhood. Near UNO. which has little crime and no murder .. Same Ward, Same Zipcode .. and Yes I Have a Problem with Crime Elsewhere in the City because IMO it Still Affects ME.. Therefore I have to speak my mind..

Aight Here's the Situation.. Battle Happens Last month.. I see Photo Uploads this month. So I see the uploads on Facebook, as I respond to them. I sometimes Take the time to share with the Folks on The Sport.

So .. Earlier today I created a thread The Site as it Relates to that Battle. All in Fun. People responded. No hating no nothing. At about 11:38 I received a Message from a the girl who owned the pictures asking if I could take them off.. Although I didn't respond to That message. I went on to Read and Delete The Thread. Before deleting I read on of the 2 Rant comments about being Childish for posting the Pictures. and Blah Blah Blah from another..

At the End of the day They don't understand Smack so THAT junk didn't matter to me...

So After That, I checked my email, there it was,

Basically She Asked Why I Tried Smack on their band with Her Pictures, and Is that why I added her as a friend on Facebook....

So I reponded with these words...

Hey, Actually No I wasn't trying to play yall, I planned on doing it to the other bands as well, I even mentioned it in the thread. No it wasn't my purpose.for adding you or anything. I been connected to you since i got facebook really. as for the pics, when i see fresh band pics I tend to look at the albums and respond to them both there and even post them on the forums. especially if I know people are going to respond to them in a crazy way. I Didn't think it would make anybody mad though as i saw before the thread was deleted. With that said... I Apologize if you feel like i violated you or anything in that manner though.

Now.. Yeah It is Somewhat of an Invasion of Privacy as far as the Facebook Friend to friend limits are concerned. but at the same time. When a person takes something and posts it on the net. they HAVE to expect it to be seen or re posted by a 3rd party. In the thread I mentioned why share this on facebook when You can share this with the Band World? . I mean If your band is captured on photo doing something they're not supposed to be doing. it's going to get talked about eventually.

At the same time. I know that somebody informed her of my posting. I don't mind her confronting me about it. That was a reasonable thing to do. But at the same time. The others who came on the site blasting ME saying and that that I was wrong for Taking her pics to use against I am Childish and a Perv.... They Just don't understand the whole reason that smack exist and rivalries are even what they are. IMO I think its cool.. And it's not that serious. It's not like I'm sniping thru emails.. I took the pictures off of a SOCIAL NETWORK that has nothing to do with band. to Re-post on a Band Site's forum in. ...both are for the PUBLIC to see.

At the same time. If anyone currently The Boom feels that I'm Wrong.. I blame them for laying on the floor disrespecting Their Band Uniforms. Your Band Deserves to be Smacked. It's not "Exposing" if They did it to themselves.

at the same time .. as i said.. Why Post it on Facebook When You Can post this on a site in support of Your band? Facebook aint a band site..LOL im just sayin' In All Realness. I Love Them Just As Much as Any other. They just don't seem to have a sense of Humor when it comes Smack...

So some fool commented on my youtube Video (as others do) after watching the video talking about how much their bands are better than ours and how New Orleans bands Suck.. I deal with people like this Every week . They Say all that junk Now, but Before Katrina when The schools actually had good bands. They were Not Trying to See us across the field or Face to face.

I always ask and they never seem to care nor Try to understand That These bands have been in a rebuilding process since Katrina.

Now Every School has a Totally New Student Body with Members who even never played horns in their life. along with Each School Having New Band Directors and band staff. Therefore Each Band will Not sound as they did Pre Katrina. Especially with People who have never played horns prior to high school

Pre Katrina We had Students that were playing since elementary and Middle school. some of the Best Bands in the Country were all in one City. These Schools had Feeder Systems. over 150 Schools in the city. at least 40 schools hand Bands.. with the 16 Main High Schools.. and the rest Middle schools. You had a Wide Variety of bands to March in and Schools to attend...

Many of these schools dont even Exist now. I'm not askin for Sympathy, I just want to let them know that If a Disaster happened in their city and their schools werent open for a year. their bands would NOT be Perfect, not 1, 2 or 3 years later. This stuff takes time man..

Like this is my 3rd encounter with someone who likes to talk about how bad they think New Orleans bands are. I get Offended when people Get Ignorant with their comments about Our High School bands. Especially because they don't See it My way..

The Best part about it is that The Rebuilding Process is Underway. The Middle School bands have been working Hard to produce The New Generation of New Orleans Bandsmen. People need to respect the fact that We are Showing How Strong We Are..

This isn't a game. It's hard work..

Yeah I honestly know where these bands stand. I know they're not Good. But Out of Respect for The Directors and students in these bands. the most i can do is Promote the Positive aboy of Our Bands. Especially while in the Rebuilding Process All They Need Is Motivation and Inspiration.
All The other Folks that have not been through what we have been through. Have no room to speak and Their Comments are VOID as far as Im Concerned.

1. My Last name is not my Birth Name, It was Changed in 11th grade.

2. I have Seminole In My Bloodline on my dads side.

3. I Try not to talk much because I hate the way I sound when I talk. at the same time, when I start talking. I can go on and On and on.

4. I Don't Use Profanity It's not in my vocab, I do Not like people to curse around me. It's very unpleasant and disrespectful to me. I feel that it's a sign that Ignorance. most people curse because they don't know how to speak their minds.

6. I used to Dance a lot when I was younger. I was in 7th Grade when I stopped After Realizing how people talked badly about me and my weight.

18. The Reason I take pictures is for Archival Purposes.

19. Sometimes I wish I could find that one female that I could share part of me with. There are so many to chose from. and few worthy of having my respect. for me, its less about the physical appearance, It's more about the Mentality and true personality. The Physical Appearance is just a shell of what the person wants to be and not what they are really is like... just my opinion.

20. I'm Not really in to being In Style. I like to do my own thing.

21. I have been debating for the whole month of January if I should Cut my hair or not. I've been Growing it since December 2007 . i think I'll keep it though

22. I Know many people, I have Many Associates But I have Little Friends..Those I Converse with Daily or Weekly Are Close Friends. They're like Family I Love Them To Death...(To The Fellaz I mean that in the most Brotherly way possible ..LOL) .. I also feel that people who Dislike me has a serious problem because I refuse to have Enemies..

23. I love Smooth Jazz & R&B. The Music is Relaxing.

24. I Rarely Leave The House unless the Occasion has something to do with Family or Band. Other than That. I I really don't have anyone around me to be with nor do i have any places to go.

25. There are things that I just can't talk or don't about. so I write my thoughts in my blog to express myself or to get things off my chest. The Blog is public, but at the same time I know folks really won't be reading it all the time. It's like sharing my thought's with the world. especially on days when I have nobody to talk to.

One Time at wal-mart ..

well yeah. I went to wal mart and came out with Nothing. I was going top purchase some walking shoes just to wear on a walking day. I would have got something but there were too many people in there... II was lookin' 4 an Ipod or Zune over 40gb .. The prices were a run 4 my money so thats another reason I got nothing.. I also Saw an 8 gb memory card that I might get for my cam sometime this month... I guess i'll hold my money until BCFX comes out.. Man I don't know why But Them Wal-March Girls are a trip.. Trying to Look Extra Sexy ehen they're overdoing it ..LOL .. doesn't look good all the time..

I also Took a Ride Thru The Uptown Hoods .. The New St Thomas , New Melpomene, The Calliope which isn't there, The Magnolia. which has been standing unused since pre-katrina. I also went around the St. Bernard, it was my last stop because I bought me a sandwich from the Place .. Other than that.. Beautiful day.. I spent it looking for Signs of the Illuminati, I should have took My Picture cam.. LOL .. I'm A Conspiracy theorist ..lol . I don't blog about it much because I don't want to get on anyone's Bad side about my beliefs and The Whole Freemasonry thing. I know too many of them and They'll just deny or condemn the whole ordeal. so I leave it alone .. At the same time They Deny and Condemn those things because In Defence of their org. and thats all..

Came home Just in Time For The Superbowl and have been Talking to Jermani Since about the time i began this blog post really really..LOL .. it's 7:32... I stopped typing to talk with her..lol.

I think most folks have a belief in God. I would even go out on a limb to say that most folks would say that God is good. If he is so good and faithful to you, does that cause you to feel any guilt about having premarital sex?

Well.. I Didn't read everyone Replies because many of them have basically gave Yes or No Answers.. Others Have Replied with Reasonable Responses.. Others Just Joking around in the post... My Reply Beneath...

Please note that Back in those times of the bible there were no paper / Government Licensed Marriages Nor Formal Weddings. lol ...

All it took Back Then was Faith, and The Bond of a Man and Woman to call it a Marriage.. .. It's Why We Refer to Long Relationships as being Married By Common Law ..

but Due to American Morals, .Government Laws does not consider a Common Bond as Legal Marriage. So It makes Sex outside of Licensed Marriage just seem Wrong..

and then their is this..

That is My Outlook,. Now when I log on to this site later I know somebody is gonna go off on me for Mentioning the Morals. Or try to Question If I'm a Virgin or not .. But IMO That is Inferior to the Subject at hand.. Yes I'm A Virgin, I have never had Intercourse and I'm Proud of it. It Does Not Mean that I haven't Experienced Foreplay.. In fact I was The one to entice Foreplay Situation .... I'm also Glad that that Things Happened the way they because then I wouldn't Be a Virgin Today..

To Me...It Is The Foreplay is makes the Sex Worth while anyway. . Without it The Situation would be less meaningful and probably Boring Why? because it's that spur of the moment level of Physical affection that allows The intercourse to be considered "Love Making".

Anyone can Bump And Grind Without being physically attracted to their sexual partner. .. But Without The True Bond Between Those Involved It's Pointless fornication..

Which Brings Me Back to The Original Subject and The Reason I feel that Sex Without The True Bond Is Morally wrong. As I mentioned, The Bible says that Marriage should be Kept Pure... My interpretation of it was that of a Common Law Marriage in witch the person does not have other significant others. taking part in any sexual intercourse beyond that Situation Is Adultery...

For Me.. Yeah I was Tempted, and Temptation in that manner is a sin. but the total seduction and her mention of the whole sex and our attraction seemed to tip the whole situation off...
and even then understanding the Bible and it's principles, I would have Done It anyway. just to take advantage of the situation and also because of things i have been through. such Getting Teased about being a virgin sux. and to have that as proof would have seemed worth it.. at the same time I Know that Sex does not Make Me A Man. Nor should my Virginity be topic of ones discussion to ridicule or belittle me..

In The Bible It Says "And Lead us Not into Temptation, But Deliver Us From Evil"

A temptation is an enticement to do wrong through a promise of pleasure, ease or advantage.

According to That, My Situation was an Adam & Eve Experience. Why? Because Adam was Tempted and he Fell for it, Then He and her were punished in many ways. How.. Well Not Only were they Thrown out of The Garden. But Cain Killing Abel was a prime Example of Adam and Eve's Punishment.

My Point.. You Reap What You Sow and at the End of the day, Fornication and Adultery would likely get you Caught up In Situations that you May not Like In The Long Run.. Such as, STD's or Having to pay Child Support for a child that you may or may not know about.

So with Me Not Taking Part in the Intercourse was a Deliverance from Evil ..
Even Knowing That, Does Not mean that i wont be ever be tempted again..
But Realizing The Outcome before hand helps make that choice as it concerns the end result..

Everything Begins with a choice . .Every choice has a consequence .. Either Do or You Don't ..In The End, .Either way Theirs a Price To Pay. ..
